●少量のパウダーを手のひらにとり、すり合わせます
　目安は手のひらがうっすら白くなる程度、“控えめに”がポイントです。
●肌にやさしくのばします
　手のひらで、軽くなでるようにしてのばします。
＜市販のパフを使う場合は＞
●パフは清潔に
　パウダーとパフは、おむつまわりとそれ以外を使い分けると衛生的です。
　衛生を保つため、ときどき洗って清潔に使いましょう。
