【着用の仕方】
※綿素材などの下着の上から着用してください。
(ナイロンなどのつるつるした素材は骨盤ベルトがずり上がりやすくなります。)
(1)後ろの中心に内側の目印タグがくるように合わせ、骨盤の一番出っ張っているところから2cmくらい下にベルトの上辺を合わせます。
(2)ベルトを前に引っ張りながら、本体を留めます。
(3)さらに、外側の両方のベルトを同時に引っ張り締め加減を調節しながら留めます。
